Tender description

The framework agreement will be established for the provision of legal services relating to Enterprise Ireland’s investment in Irish and international private equity, seed and venture capital funds and advice in relation to private equity and debt instruments. It is envisaged that contracts will principally provide legal services with respect to (i) Enterprise Ireland’s commitment to funds under a new Seed and Venture Capital (‘SVC’) scheme; and to (ii) Enterprise Ireland’s commitment to existing funds under schemes. The framework agreement will be for two (2) years, with the option to extend by periods of one (1), subject to a maximum duration of (4) four years, subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints. The framework agreement will be established principally to provide legal services with respect to (i) Enterprise Ireland’s commitment to funds under a new Seed and Venture Capital (‘SVC’) Scheme and to; (ii) Enterprise Ireland’s commitment to existing funds under schemes; and (iii) Advice in relation to private equity and debt instruments: The framework agreement will be for two (2) years, with the option to extend by periods of one (1), subject to a maximum duration of (4) four years, subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints.
