Tender description
Sefton are currently party to the Liverpool City Region Mainstay scheme. This is a scheme for homelessness assessments and placements into appropriate services used by all commissioned homelessness agencies across the LCR. The system is supported by an IT system, which has been administered by YMCA Liverpool since 2015.
