Tender description

Essex(ECC), Thurrock Council (TC) and Southend Borough Council (SBC) are seeking to commission the fostering and adoption medical advisory service as the Parties require this service to deliver the statutory functions of provision of medical advisory reports to the fostering and adoption panels as set out in the Adoption Services Regulations 2005, the Fostering Services Regulations 2011 and the national minimum standards for both.
