GOJ-GHE-Electro-Mechanical Services Framework

Tender description

The Government of Jersey Growth, Housing and Environment (GHE) wish to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of electro-mechanical works, services and when necessary, specialist engineering design support to supplement existing resources. The intention is that the Framework Agreement will be established for a minimum period of three years with an option to extend it for a further two years. There are two key packages to the Framework, namely Design Services and Site Works. Design Services may be completed remote from the Island but regular visits to the Island will be required and the provision of temporary embedded staff may also be requested. The Site Works package should be considered as Island based, with sites spread across Jersey and with the potential for instructions to be issued at very short notice. The services will relate to both planned and unplanned or undefined work. Planned Work will include both small and large highly complex or multi-discipline projects.
