Tender description

In order to inform and support the Future Shoreditch AAP the Council are commissioning an economic viability assessment to test the viability of the policies in the draft Future Shoreditch Area Action Plan. This study will provide robust evidence to inform and support emerging policies in the draft Future Shoreditch AAP. The study will identify whether policies in the plan need to be updated to ensure the policies are viable and ultimately deliverable. Please see attached instructions.
