Tender description

The MSE Group started its journey in January 2017 to combine the operational responsibilities of three acute hospital trusts. The group comprises of Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust, Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Basildon and Thurrock Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. The group will fully merge together in April 2020. The aim is to provide better clinical integration and services whilst also providing financial savings due to the sheer scale of the merger. As part of the merger process the estates and facilities team restructured their senior management team in July 2018 to cover the services provided by the newly formed MSE Group of hospitals. To enable the estates and facilities team to manage these services effectively and efficiently we are now looking to procure a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to operate across all sites.
