NOTICE INVITING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Expressions of interest are sought for the provision of IT Helpdesk services based in Sydney, Australia. The services will be required to support the day-to-day operations of the IT function with a particular focus on user support across the Asia Pacific and US West Coast timezones. IDA Ireland will require continuity of service delivery over a two-year period. Post this date, IDA Ireland will invite a limited number of relevant experienced providers to tender for the services.
