Contract No. EVAL/19/1 Ashford Borough Council is seeking an Evaluation Consultant to work on the Victoria Park & Watercress Fields, Ashford project. The Consultant will co-ordinate the evaluation of the activity and interpretation aspects of the project and write the final Evaluation Plan in keeping with NLHF guidelines Evaluating your NLHF Project.
