Early Engagement - School Catering

Tender description

Robert Sandilands Primary School and Nursery and Parsons Down Partnership of Schools, located in West Berkshire, are collaborating in the production of documentation for the procurement of a school meals service (although each School will contract separately). The new service will start in September 2020 with a contract let before the end of July 2020. Both schools wish to develop a clear understanding of the optimum specification and documentation for the procurement of the service. Some early market engagement has been undertaken and this has informed the production of an initial specification for the service. We now propose to hold a pre-tender engagement event on the morning of Friday 13th March 2020 to provide interested parties with information about our proposed specification and details of the tender process.
