Tender description

Service will consist of: • active directory management; • exchange management; • server management; • citrix management; • networking (LAN, WAN and Wireless) and firewall management; • backup management; • support of test and development environments; • DR site configuration and management. Following the negotiated process it is proposed that the network consultant be offered: — a 2-year contract, with a review after 18 months, dated from 1 November 2019 to 31 October 2021; — the scope of work for the network consultant will be involved in knowledge transfer, training and the completion and delivery of relevant documentation; — following the successful completion of the new managed service solution the network consultant will be required to work with the new service providers to transfer responsibility for the following areas: • active directory management; • exchange management; • server management; • citrix management; • networking (LLAN, WAN and Wireless) and firewall management; • backup management; • support of test and development environments; • DR site configuration and management.
