CBC-1109-H-CE Refurbishment of 4 Housing Properties at Biggleswade/Sandy/Kensworth - AWARD

Tender description

The project is a refurbishment to 4 no properties based in Sandy, Biggleswade and Kensworth, Sandy and Biggleswade properties are to be used for temporary accommodation and Kensworth property is to be general needs, works will include full decorations and flooring along with minor repairs, Bathroom and kitchen repairs specifications along with flooring and decorating are the same throughout all 4 properties. Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. If there is anything you are not sure about or need clarification on, please use the Correspondence facility within the In-tend electronic tendering system. Last date for receiving questions on In-Tend system is Monday 17th February 2020 Return of Quotation - Completed Quotations and attachments should be submitted electronically by the due date via our In-tend electronic tendering system. Quotations must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Quotations submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Quotation must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 24th February 2020. Quotations received after that time will be excluded. Commencement of works is expected to be the 23rd of March 2020. The length of contract is 8 weeks from start date.
