Tender description

Croydon Council have been awarded funding from the Mayor of London’s Home building Capacity Fund to develop a holistic design-led local plan chapter, masterplan and delivery strategy for the Purley Way area (through the local plan process). A comprehensive masterplan and planning framework including parameters and guidance will facilitate Purley Way redevelopment to create a coherent place with a rich mix of uses including updated industrial and commercial space, residential, civic, mixed use development, supported by co-ordinated social and cultural infrastructure, improved public realm, green infrastructure and sustainable transport.
