Tender description

Lancashire County Council is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT to secure a framework agreement for the supply fresh yoghurt products into its appointed distributor, Ralph Livesey Ltd who's distribution hub address is: Ralph Livesey Ltd, Fresh Food Distribution Hub, Unit 72B, Roman Way, Off Longridge Road, Preston, PR2 5BE. Deliveries of the products supplied will be made by the distributor to over 500 units county-wide. The majority of these units are educational establishments (Primary and High Schools/Colleges). The supply of yoghurt products into Lancashire's County Council's appointed distributor. The duration of the framework agreement will be for an initial period of 16 months, with the option to extend for any given period up to a maximum of a further 24 months. The framework is estimated to be between 112 000 GBP to 137 000 GBP per annum for Lancashire County Council Spend (374 000 GBP to 457 000 GBP over 3 years and 4 months.) The value of participation by the wider public sector for the maximum 3.5 years is estimated to be between 0 GBP to 79 000 GBP per annum (264 000 GBP maximum over 3 years and 4 months) — please see section VI.3) — additional information for further details regarding wider public sector participation.
