Tender description

The scope of the works consists of the following 1. Removal of existing information points and associated works. Site clearance & removal of existing bituminous materials, associated hardcore, foundations & fences 3. Excavation and installation of drainage pipework,bedding, backfilling, Gullies & chambers. 4. Installation of kerbing. 5. Construction of paved areas & footpaths. 6. Installation of Kiosk stands & Outdoor furniture. 7. Construction of cattle grid. 8. Construction of picnic/rest area bases 9. Construction of block walls with Stone cappings and stone facing. 10. Installation of timber post and rail fencing. 11.Installation of signage. 12. Rotavation, topsoiling & grass seeding. 13.Landscaping, planting of shrubs and trees to detail. Please refer to Tender documents for further details
