Tender description
Window Refurbishment Project. It is proposed to undertake complete refurbishment works, consisting refurbishment of the existing Timber Framed Single Glazed Sliding Sash Windows and replacement of the Single Glazing with Double Glazed Units. The windows will be finished, fully painted to match existing, including double glazing A-rated glass units and provision of traditional nylon rope and lead weight system. The Bishop Murphy Memorial School is listed on the Record of Protected Structures as follows: Fermoy Local Area Plan Ref No: RPS 68. The school is also scheduled in the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage: NIAH Ref No: 20820068 (Regional Status)
