Tender description

EA invites tenders for exercise books and drawing supplies to be provided to individual schools, colleges and centres for at least 21 month contract period from 1 April 2020-31 December 2021, with an option to extend for a further 24 months. Our objective is to appoint two suppliers capable of providing the range of exercise books we have identified and other specialised books, for schools to order on a call-off when required according to need. The bulk of orders are placed from May to September and outside of this there may be a high volume of low value orders. However the availability of stock must be maintained throughout the contract period. The administering EA Procurement office for this tender will be Belfast.
