Tender description

A cloud-hosted housing software solution that will manage the housing register, housing advice and homelessness casework, temporary accommodation and rent accounts and online customer portal, housing enquiry form and housing register application. The solution will also need to have workflow management and document management capabilities. The intended outcomes of the new system is to: • provide proven, well established housing software that is compliant with all statutory requirements; • consolidate three systems in to one; • improve accuracy and efficiency; • provide on-line customer portal and application forms; • benefit from a secure, reliable hosted system, compliant with all bench-mark security standards.
