Tender description

ECC are looking to procure a 4-year single supplier framework with primary and secondary services to be able to respond to any Government Resettlement policies by making accommodation and caseworker support available to refugees. The primary service of the framework will be accommodation support. The secondary service of the framework will be caseworker support, which will be called off as necessary. Essex County Council (ECC) support the government's Vulnerable Persons' Resettlement and Vulnerable Children Resettlement programmes to resettle and integrate refugees. ECC intends to establish a 4-year single supplier framework with primary and secondary services. The primary service of the framework will be accommodation support, which includes (but is not limited to) identification of suitable properties, engagement with landlords, management of financial aspects and arranging property furnishings. The secondary service of the framework will be caseworker support and can be called-off as necessary. Caseworker support includes, but is not limited to, supporting the arrival arrangements, orientation and integration support, data coordination and collation, advice and support registering for key services and referrals and support with leave to remain applications.
