The BBC intends to establish a framework of recruitment agencies, who will provide participants for the BBC to conduct design research on its online products and services. The agencies on the framework will identify, recruit and deliver participants for a range of design research methodologies. Agencies will required to work across the BBC’s product portfolio including, but not limited to: news, sport, weather, children’s, education, sounds, iPlayer, interactive TV and homepage. N.B: this opportunity is not for general recruitment services of personnel.
