Repair and maintenance services of electrical machinery, apparatus and associated equipment

This procurement is for corrective and preventative electrical maintenance services for the below areas. The procurement is split into 3 lots: L1 — Fixed Wiring Testing L2 — Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) L3 — Combined Fixed Wiring Testing and PAT testing ‘Please note all indicative contract value are the maximum value for all lots across the maximum contract length of 9 years.’ All tender documents can be downloaded from the UOE eTendering portal - https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=EXETER Fixed wiring testing services. The successful contractor will be expected to undertake corrective and preventative maintenance across the University's wiring installations. Indicative contract value is made up of corrective plus indicative reactive works across a maximum contract term of 9 years. Initial terms will be 3 years with 2 options to extend. Portable appliance testing (PAT) services. The successful contractor will be expected to PAT Testing across the University's locations. Indicative contract value is made up of corrective plus indicative reactive works across a maximum contract term of 9 years. Initial terms will be 3 years with 2 options to extend. Combined fixed wiring testing and portable appliance testing (PAT) services. The successful contractor will be expected to undertake corrective and preventative maintenance across the University's wiring installations along with PAT Testing. This lot will allow bidders to offer a combined fixed wiring and PAT solution and will be evaluated vs the highest scoring bids for L1 and L2 combined. Indicative contract value is made up of corrective plus indicative reactive works across a maximum contract term of 9 years. Initial terms will be 3 years with 2 options to extend.
