Tender description

Venturers Trust is a Multi Academy Trust in the City of Bristol and they require a contract for seven sites within the Trust. The proposed contract will be for the outsourced provision of maintenance and equipment (M and E) services to the client. It is the client’s expectation that the successful bidder shall be responsible for the annual servicing and general maintenance of the plant equipment specified in Attachment 3. The contract will need to provision for changes to plant equipment e.g. replacement of old equipment. General heating and plant equipment gas fired boiler plant and equipment gas tightness test pressurisation/booster plant and associated equipment domestic science gas cookers and ventilation equipment. Air conditioning equipment air handling plant fan convector heaters local ventilation fans and associated equipment local extract fans and associated equipment. Fixed electrical installation inspection and testing powered access doors and associated equipment building services control systems various building services and associated systems lightning protection systems.
