Provision of Keypad - Keyboards to An Post

An Post require a durable and robust keyboard solution capable of performing in a busy POS environment. Our Counter space can vary from site to site and we have a number of peripheral items on the counter for the business, thus space is a premium. With this in mind we would require that interested parties consider the following requirements in terms of device specification. • A small foot print equal to or less than 329 x 222 x 42mm which is the footprint of the existing keyboard in use • USB connection cable, length minimum 2 meters • Keyboard must have Caps lock - Number lock lights or equal solution for indication to user. • Keyboard must contain Qwerty Keyboard and number pad all in one with all the standard function keys • Keyboard layout is important so we would like to keep layout as close as possible to attached for ease of replacement and use by our staff • Colour – industry standard, not critical • Supply – Circa 300 - 400 Maintenance units per annum • Supply Only with a confirmed Warranty period and warranty process with turnaround times • Equipment must be sustainable and have an Eco label
