NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of the Commissioner(s),NHS East and North Hertfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (ENHCCG), NHS Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group (HVCCG) and NHS West Essex Clinical Commissioning Group (WECCG), wish to notify the market, in anticipation of a tender of Specialist Fertility Services for their registered populations. The estimated contract value is upwards of £5m subject to contract length however, this cannot be guaranteed. The advert will be placed on e-notification services as required and subject to the UK's status with the European Union. The advert will also be on Arden & GEM CSUs' procurement portal which will be utilised for the tender and you are encouraged to ensure your organisation has an account ahead of time; please see the portal website at https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=UK. The Commissioner anticipates the publish of a tender in early March 2020, utilising the Light Touch Regime(LTR) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR).
