Requirements: Quotes required for licensing 3000 users and 3500 users • Ability to set custom password policies for different user account types (standard user, administrative user, service accounts, third parties etc.). • Ability to change complexity requirements based on length of the password entered. • Ability to create and use custom dictionaries to prevent certain locally relevant passwords being used (LutonLets1, LoveLuton1, Hatters123 etc.). This could include the ability to update dictionaries that are provided with the tool. • Comes with its own dictionaries that prevent common passwords being used (Password123, Summer123 etc.). • Ability to prevent passwords from known data breaches being used. • Comes with its own dictionaries that include character substitutions (e.g.: P@assword instead of Password). • Ability to block incremental passwords (e.g.: Password1, Password2, Password3 etc.). • Ease of use, including user friendly messages when their passwords fail to meet the requirements. • Reports such as duplicate passwords and expiring passwords.
