Summary of the work You will conduct assessments of the Programme to ensure the Programme is aligned to BS10008. Review the material produced for BS10008 compliance. This will provide a ball park assessment of any compliance + C3e gaps and areas in which to improve. Specialist role Business analyst Expected Contract Length Less than 2 months Latest start date Thursday 27 February 2020 Maximum Day Rate £500 Who Speclialist Work With You will support the Policy, Compliance and Sustainment Workstream Lead. You will also work closely with colleagues from the different workstreams within the Programme and relevant stakeholders. What Specialists Work On The role will report to the Policy & Compliance Lead with a requirement to support the Lead: •To assess the Programmes alignment to BS10008 •Deriving, understanding and documenting business requirements •Review all materials and actions for BS10008 compliance •Audit programme against BS10008 •Investigate and report best practice for specific business processes •Deliver a report of the assessment and audit of any compliance gaps and areas to improve •Record management •Liaise with workstreams within the Programme but this could involve engagement with other Law Enforcement organisations •Preparation and/or analysis of BS10008 compliance information Skills & Experience • BS10008 Subject Matter Expert • Business Analyst – Methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of business functions and processes • ITIL and Service Management • Stakeholder Engagement • Agile and Continuous Deployment/DevOps (awareness of) Nice to Haves • Knowledge and Understanding of Law Enforcement Operating Models • Knowledge and Understanding of the government digital agenda Work Location Home Office Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1EA and Home Office 2 Marsham Street London SW1P 4DF Working Arrangments On site full time, Mon-Fri 9-5 - due to security requirements of programme and co-location with core stakeholders and suppliers. However, there will be times when you may be required to work additional hours. Security Clearance SC will be required.
