N61 Ratallen & Treanagry Road Project: Building Demolition & Accommodation Works Contract

Tender description

The project is located approximately 5km south of Boyle Town on the N61 in the townlands of Treanagry and Ratallen. the tie-in locations. The cross section was previously upgraded to a Type 2 Single Carriageway, which is composed of a 7m carriageway, 0.5m hardstrip and varying verge width. A stage 3 Road Safety Audit (RSA) was carried out on the scheme. The RSA resulted in requirement for additional works to be carried out in order to close out the auditor’s recommendations. This contract will include the following; Appointment of Successful Tender as Project Supervisor for Construction Stage. (PSCS) The erection of Permanent Timber Post & Rail fencing to NRA RCD/300/1 standard. The erection of Permanent Tension Mesh Fencing to NRA RCD/300/21 standard The installation of Steel Single Field Gates to NRA RCD/300/9 standard. Building demolition and removal of materials from site. Drainage carrier pipe Installation General Accommodation works Designing, installing, maintaining and removing Temporary Traffic Management for access to works areas and working on Public Roads
