Tender description
"In general the project represents circa 2.54km of Realignment to the existing N16 National Primary Route (c. 0.79km online and c. 1.75km offline) to include also side road realignment, cycle tracks, structures, access tracks, drainage infrastructure and other ancillary infrastructure. The project description is expanded upon in the 'Service Requirements' document. The Consultant will be required to provide all land and property services necessary for the acquisition of the lands included in the Sligo County Council COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2019 (NO. 1) N16 Lugatober Road Development. These services include, but not limited to, all land and property valuation services, assessment of claims submitted in response to Notice to Treat, negotiation and settlement of claims, assessment and arbitration services.
