SNBTS requires Automatic blood mixing devices that includes automated data collection and capture as this is an integral part of the SNBTS OSDR whole blood collection process. These requirements are needed to ensure effective mixing of the donation with the anti-coagulant and assist in ensuring donations remain within set parameters and accurate automatic data capture/storage and upload into individual donor records. These requirements are needed to ensure effective mixing of the donation with the anti-coagulant and assist in ensuring donations remain within set parameters and accurate automatic data capture/storage and upload into individual donor records. To allow realisation of the OSDR programme SNBTS Donor Services require to purchase automated blood mixing devices that can assist in achieving the overall planned programme of digital improvement using new technologies. SNBTS require to place an order for a total of 200 blood mixers in the immediate term.
