Landscape Architectural Led and Project Management Services for Sligo Plaza at Stephen Street and Garavogue River Trail Project, Sligo

Tender description

Sligo County Council is seeking a Design Team to deliver the plaza as a state of the art, modern civic space with a linked trail of two lengths. One short trail of 1.5km within Sligo town and a longer 8.5km route to Carns Hill. The successful Landscape Architect Led Design Team will be responsible for detailed design, detailed cost estimate, the tender process and construction administration stages of the project. A more detailed description of the anticipated project stages is included in the sections below. Sligo County Council is seeking the full range of complimentary consultancy design team services to develop the project from review of part 8 planning approval, to securing all necessary statutory consents, to complete tender and construction documentation, tender evaluations, inspection of construction works and issue statutory certification on completion. The Architect Led Design Team shall be proficient in providing a complete service that includes the following disciplines/services: • Architectural and Project Management Services with a background in Urban Design • Quantity Surveying Services • Buildings Services Engineers – (Mechanical & Electrical, incl. Public Lighting Design, Audio & Visual, smart city capability) • Civil & Structural Engineering Services • Exhibition/Interpretation Designer • PSDP Services – (Health & Safety) • Fire & Emergency Access Safety Services
