Tender description

The University of Nottingham wishes to undertake a review of the management of its investment portfolio. The investment portfolio constitutes the University's permanent endowment assets and is currently valued at approximately £53 million. In addition to the permanent endowment portfolio the University also holds a medium term investment fund which is currently valued at approximately £10m. Both market valuations are as at December 2019 and are expected to grow steadily overtime. There are no significant endowment assets (cash or direct property) held outside the investment portfolio.
