Grounds maintenance services

Tender description

Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is procuring a grounds maintenance service framework which will cover Gloucestershire and be available for use by other public sector bodies as appropriate. This will include sites such as: schools (96), libraries (19), social services (32), Shire Hall, Cheltenham County Offices, registry offices (1), children’s centres (19), youth and community (3), Coroner’s Office, Colwell, police stations (1) Gloucester records and miscellaneous property (18). In the first instance, multiple site grounds maintenance contracts will be let for six (6) different geographical areas. The framework will be used to enable sites to call off a maximum of six (6) year contracts for grounds maintenance services.
