Tender description
Kerry County Council is inviting Expressions of Interest in the form of a Prior Information Notice (PIN) for the development of two opportunity sites (Site A and Site B, Figure 1.0) at ‘Fels Point’, Cloon Beg, Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland in accordance with the terms of the documents attached. The Council is interested in receiving proposals that both enhance Tralee as a premier tourist destination and create a focal point for increased economic activity for the town and surrounding area. The Council is interested in proposals for the development of these sites which are in accordance with Variation No.5 to Tralee Town Development Plan 2009-2015 (as extended). Kerry County Council are looking for submissions in PDF format which must be uploaded via eTenders web site by Friday 26th of June 2020.
