Tender description

Mid Ulster District Council wishes to appoint suitably experienced electrical contractors who would be placed on a framework to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, testing and certification and minor works throughout the Council’s estate for the period of 1 August 2020 to 31 July 2022 (with the option to extend for two separate 12 month periods up to a maximum of 24 months, subject to review and performance, i.e. up to July 2024). These properties will be located primarily within the Mid Ulster Council area.
