Tender description

DurhamWorks is looking to develop a panel of multiple providers who can deliver tailored bespoke support to 16-24 year-old participants who are not in education, employment or training/unemployed with a specific focus of progressing participants into paid employment. This will be an open and flexible arrangement where at the discretion of the Council the panel can be re-opened to allow additional providers to join the provider panel. The Provider Panel Agreement provides for no form of exclusivity or volume guarantee by the Council for services from the provider and that the Council is at all times entitled to enter into other contracts and agreements with other providers for the provision of any services. Each provider should understand that their submission constitutes an acceptance to the Council of the terms of the Provider Panel Agreement and merely affords the provider the opportunity to respond to invitation from the Council for the provision of services (Competed Call-Offs). DurhamWorks is looking to develop a provider panel of multiple providers which can deliver tailored bespoke support to 16-24 year-old participants who are not in education, employment or training (NEET)/unemployed with a specific focus of progressing participants into paid employment. Other outcomes may be fundable but payment terms will be defined per each competed call-off. This will be an open and flexible arrangement where at the discretion of the Council the panel can be re-opened to allow additional providers to join the provider panel.
