Who Speclialist Work With The Delivery Lead will lead multiple workstreams as part of IPO's Transformation team. The candidate will work across the organisation, including key stakeholder management at all levels of IPO. The successful candidate will work within the transformation programme team to deliver new ways of working and new services to IPO. Where the Work Takes Place Intellectual Property Office, Concept House, Cardiff Road, Newport NP10 8QQ Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements Full time on site Work Location Intellectual Property Office, Concept House, Cardiff Road, Newport NP10 8QQ Security Clearance Full SC Clearance Required Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience Evidence of delivering complex transformation programmes/projects to time cost and quality Evidence of successfully escalating and managing risk to deliver successful outcomes Experience in planning multi-year, complex technology and business change programmes/projects including resource and financial management, and dependency management Experience of supporting the programme in robust vendor management and performance of third party delivery partners Experience and evidence of strong project monitoring and management Experience of managing multi workstream delivery teams Evidence of strong client upskilling and knowledge transfer capability Experience of delivering projects/programmes with high levels of business process change and technology transformation Nice to Haves Work as a team with our organisation as well as suppliers. Has a sound methodology and approach for working with and respecting a client's existing governance and decision making processes.
