Tender description

We are looking to tender our network maintenance and project work requirements. We currently have Cisco, Dell and Juniper hardware. We require a 4 hour fix for network kit and Wifi/NAPS on premises and require support at our locations 24/365 (including Public Holidays). We have approximately 500 network devices, are looking to use the Belden catalogue for physical cable and connection requirements and require you to be a Cisco Partner and access to an improved Belden installer (or equivalent). Project work will cover the full project services including IT liaison and a fully costed, delivered and supported solution. The contract period will be for 5 years plus two optional periods of a year. Maximum 7 years. We are looking to tender our network maintenance and project work requirements.
