West Yorkshire Combined Authority would like to invite expressions of interest for the upcoming manned security, cleaning and cleaning materials procurement activity. West Yorkshire Combined Authority work in partnership with local councils and businesses to ensure that everyone in our region benefits from a strong, successful economy and a modern, accessible transport network. By championing the region’s interests nationally and internationally, we secure government and other investment to drive the region forward. Your team will be at the front-line representing the Combined Authority and the metro brand, proving cleaning and security services. You will be required to provide a high level of service at our eight major and 5 minor bus stations (as well as the 10 000 bus stops and 4 000 shelters) ensuring at all times they reflect the following core values: — championing our region — working intelligently — easy to do business with — positive about change — working together bus stations are the focal point of the community. Our aim is to provide safe and clean facilities enabling access to jobs, education, healthcare and recreation, as part sustainable transport infrastructure to help meet our commitment to the climate crisis.
