Tender description
Newcastle City Council are seeking the services of an organisation to provide a comprehensive package of communications, PR/media and stakeholder engagement services to support the Retail Core Transformation Programme and in doing so realise our ambition to firmly establish Newcastle as a significant European destination City and the North of England’s leading retail district. The scope of this contract covers communications, PR, media and stakeholder engagement services. Stakeholder engagement programme to identify users of the Core Retail Centre of Newcastle upon Tyne and how the users want to access the services.
