WITS wishes to develop a customer record system (CRM) where by it will store and manage all aspects of its business. The council is looking for expressions of interest from suitable organisations who offer products/software that would have the functionality to operate a CRM that staff, clients and interpreters can assess to complete assignments to suit the business needs and demands. Cardiff Council is the host authority and is responsible for the service delivery of the Wales Interpretation and Translation Service which provides linguistic professionals to the public sector, 24/7 365 days a year, currently 30 organisations throughout Wales which is expected to increase.
