NEPO Highways and Civil Engineering Materials - Market Engagement Event

Tender description

We are the early stages of a commissioning phase to put in place a collaborative procurement solution to replace individual Local Authority contracts. This Provider event is to design the scope and Lotting structure for a collaborative Highways and Civil Engineering Materials Framework Agreement. Newcastle City Council (NCC) are the Lead Authority for this collaborative project and will manage the resulting Contract on behalf of all Participating Authorities. The procurement solution will be predominantly used by the 12 Local Authorities as listed below: • Darlington Borough Council, • Durham County Council, • Gateshead City Council, • Hartlepool Council, • Middlesbrough Council, • Newcastle City Council, • North Tyneside Council, • Northumberland County Council, • Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, • South Tyneside Council; • Stockton Borough Council, • Sunderland Council. NEPO Associated Members will also be able to utilise this arrangement so it will be required Nationally. The scope of materials required are: •• Specialist Mortars • Kerbs and Flags (Small Loads) • Highways Drainage and associated products. • Bollards (Various) • Fabricated Goods (Fencing / Guard rails Etc) • Drainage Kerbs and Channels • Bitumen Keywords: Flags, Bitumen, Civil Engineering Mmaterials, Highways Materials, Kerbs
