Insurance required for excess public liability — 2nd layer. Insurance required to cover directors and officers liability. Insurance required to cover excess directors and officers liability. Insurance required to cover professional indemnity. This cover will be specifically required for Phoenix Energy Services Ltd. Insurance cover required in consideration of the impact of a criminal event. Insurance required to cover for business interruption. Insurance cover required in consideration of the impact of a terrorist-related event. Insurance cover required as specified in the tender documentation.
