Ice rink construction work

Tender description

Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites tenders for the provision of a temporary ice rink which is to be a fundamental part of Leicester City Centres Christmas offering. The proposed contract will be for 1 year with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further 4 years. This is subject to satisfactory performance following assessment at annual review. Performance will be reviewed against KPIs (key performance indicators) which will be discussed with the supplier post award. To provide a temporary ice rink as part of Leicester City Centre's Christmas offering. The successful supplier will be responsible for the supply, installation, operation and de-rig of the ice rink.
