The University of Hull (hereafter referred to as the University) is seeking to put in place a contract for fire riskinspections. The successful supplier will maintain the current suite of Fire risk assessments (FRA) in line with the legislative/University requirements for all the buildings which is currently 76 properties varying from student accommodation/student houses, laboratories, teaching rooms/lecture theatres, public entertainment, offices and shops, licensed premises and workshops, and where required undertake new FRA for new or significantly modified buildings.
