Civil structural engineering services for additional accommodation at Mercy College, Sligo, comprising: (a) classroom and specialist room accommodation 896,2 m2; and (b) a 2 classroom SEN Base 524 m2. (a) classroom and specialist room accommodation: — 1 general classroom 58 m2 (Prefab replacement), — 1 textile room 88 m2, — 1 science laboratory 88,6 m2, — 1 science lab prep area 38,5 m2, — 1 art and craft room 118 m2, — 1 engineering (metal work) Room 148 m2, — 1 engineering room prep area 58,6 m2, — 3 special education tuition rooms 45 m2 (prefab replacement), — student and staff toilets 11,5 m2, — locker space 37,8 m2, — giving a total floor area including circulation and partitions 896 m2; and (b) 2 classroom SEN Base 524,4 m2 as outlined in the schedule of accommodation giving a gross floor area (including SEN Base) of 1420,6 m2: — also external facilities: — secure hard and soft play area 200 m2, — sensory garden 100 m2, — parking spaces: 6.
