Works To Renew Heating Pipes and Removal of Asbestos at Richard Alibon School

A Contractor is required to undertake works at Richard Alibon School Dagenham to remove asbestos and heating pipes within the corridor and floor ducts, renew the heating pipes and reinstate the floor to the school quadrangle corridors. The works must commence on the 15th July 2019 and be completed no later than 27th September 2019. Timescales must be strictly adhered to. Contractors must make themselves aware of the site layout, work requirements and the need to plan works, monitor safety on site and react promptly to changes in site conditions. The Tender Document provide details of the client’s requirements for carrying out the works and allow for the final stages to be carried out during term-time under controlled conditions Timescales must be strictly adhered to In order to achieve the strict deadlines. No extension of time will be granted for this project.
