Tender description

The Provision of Travel Management Services on behalf of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) and Commonwealth War Graves Foundation (CWGF). The Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) was established in 1917 to honour the 1 700 000 men and women of the Commonwealth forces who died in the First and Second World Wars. Our work includes building and maintaining our cemeteries and memorials at 23 000 locations in more than 150 countries and territories, which as a result, requires extensive worldwide travel. Our current contract travel management contract expires on 10.8.2019. Work has commenced on the development of the forthcoming tender exercise, including canvassing the views of the various stakeholders. We are not, at this stage, asking suppliers to notify us of their interest in this tender, nor will we be providing any additional information to that provided in this notice. Instead, we are advising interested parties that the tender will be conducted using the CWGC e-Procurement portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/cwgc/aspx/Home and inviting you to register with the portal.
