Bromley Council (Commissioning Authority) seeks to appoint a creative-thinking lead consultant with demonstrable experience in designing and developing interactive and engaging digital tablet guides. Whilst it is not critical, past experience in the delivery of museum / public sector schemes would be advantageous. This document describes the requirements associated with the production of the Digital Tablet Guide for Biggin Hill Memorial Museum. The scope of the Digital Tablet Guide Producer includes the design, software development, associated research, filming, editing, general production as appropriate to the tablet guide, procurement of hardware and user testing. In addition, the Digital Tablet Guide Producer will also provide training for Museum staff and volunteers in the operation and maintenance of the tablet guide and accessories, and in updating the Tablet Guide's content.
