Southampton Low Threshold Bed Service

Tender description

The Council is seeking a provider to set up and offer a low threshold bed service that supports our ambition to reduce the number of rough sleepers in Southampton. To deliver this service the provider will be able to secure or utilise a premise for a minimum 12 month period at which sleeping facilities will be available for between 15 - 20 for people who are currently sleeping rough. The aim is for all single adults sleeping rough to be able to access, at a minimum, one of the LTBs and support. The Service will provide sleeping facilities for between 15 - 20 single adults.
