Establish market readiness of artificial intelligence software Clinical Trials Matching Product to read structured and un-structured data in patient records for the purposes of matching for inclusion/exclusion to/from clinical trials to: — increase the numbers of pre-screened patients recruited to studies, — increase the rate at which patients are recruited to studies, — reduce the screen failure rate, — support the improvement of participation in clinical trials to speed up studies that may provide better/faster outcomes for patients, — improve income generated to Trust via participation in clinical trials. No contract will be committed to at this stage via the publication of this Prior Information Notice (PIN): — the Trust plans to proceed with this approach purely to verify the level of available competition and gather credible market information, — this paper is being submitted for information purposes, — the production and approval of this paper will not grant authority to commit expenditure on behalf of the Trust, — via the publication of the PIN, the Trust aims to assure itself of the level of available competition and obtain indicative charges from suppliers, that may support the further development of a Business Case.
