Development/hosting/management of a booking system for NHS Property Services Sessional Space Accommodation. Sessional space is clinical and non-clinical space that can be booked by users on an hourly, session, or daily basis. Functionality to include: — web based booking system, — open front end system allowing potential users to search for all bookable space within portfolio, — GIS and filter search capability, — live system of available bookable space, — property level information — pictures, maps, general information, — individual room information — pictures, map, specification, — secure user registration and vetting process, — user categorisation allowing for varying levels of access and booking privileges, — ability for users to book, edit, cancel and pay for their bookings, — calendar booking view, — single and multiple booking capabilities.
